Order Processing

Shipping Destinations

Lakes+Bays Supply currently ships within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your shipment with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in locating the shipment or arranging a replacement when appropriate.
